PayPal overview

PayPal is the online payment service, you can use to pay easy, fast, and secure. Payment is made via the PayPal website with your email address and password and is  completed within a few clicks. We receive an immediate payment confirmation from PayPal. Your order is also exclusive and secured by PayPal buyer protection.

Debt-discharging payments can only be made to PayPal (Europe) S. à R.L. et Cie, S.C.A..

Information on payment methods

PayPal Plus
As part of the payment service PayPal Plus, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instructions to PayPal. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal to be able to pay the invoice amount or register first and legitimize with your access data. The payment transaction will be automatically executed by PayPal immediately after the payment order has been confirmed.

If you have chosen the payment method credit card, you do not have to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be processed by your credit card company at the request of PayPal and your card will be charged immediately upon confirmation of the money order and after your legitimacy as the legitimate cardholder.

If you have chosen the method of payment Debit , you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the money order you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed about the date of the account debit by PayPal (so-called Prenotification. Upon submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after the payment order has been confirmed, PayPal will request its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be processed and your account will be charged.

If you have selected the payment method Payment upon Invoice, you do not have to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. After a successful address and credit check and placing of the order, we withdraw our claim to PayPal. SDebt-discharging payments can only be made to PayPal (Europe) S. à R.L. et Cie, S.C.A.. Can I also pay with one of the PayPal payment methods if I do not have a PayPal account?
Yes, all payment options such as direct debit, credit card or invoice are available. In addition, you also benefit without an account from a well-known payment service provider and its security.


Are there any PayPal PLUS fees?
No, you won't pay any PayPal fees.


Does PayPal also work for my international transactions?
You can safely shop and pay worldwide with PayPal. For all buyers outside of Germany the payment method selection will be limited to PayPal and credit card.


How does the payment upon invoice work?
If you choose to purchase on account when paying, PayPal will pay us (your online merchant) immediately and you will transfer the amount to PayPal within 14 days. After receiving the item, follow the payment instructions in the email you received. You do not need a PayPal account.


I have already paid the online merchant but still received a payment reminder from PayPal.
If you select the purchase on account when paying, you must transfer the amount to PayPal, not to us. When you purchased the item, PayPal has already paid us. If you paid us, we (your online retailer) were paid twice and the payment to PayPal is pending. If that is the case, inform us immediately, we are happy to help.


I didn't recieved the ordered products, but got an payment reminder.

I have returned the item I purchased by payment on invoice, but still receive payment reminders from PayPal.
When you have made the payment and returned the item and the goods have already been received in our warehouse, you will receive the amount back automatically. If not, please let us know immediately, we will be glad to help.

If you have not made the payment yet, we must first confirm to PayPal that we have received the returned item so that PayPal can cancel this purchase and stop the payment reminders.


I didn't recieved an invoice, although I've chosen payment upon invoice.
